Refund Policy

 


We hope you love your BearWare by Jer items! But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

 

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Customized or sale items are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and refund.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume times, processing may take longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.


Shipping Time:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Local Pickup: available for select areas

 


Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.


Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.


Lost or Delayed Packages:

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact support@bearwarebyjer.com.
